This bill prohibits the use of animals for testing cosmetics, drugs and chemicals when federally-validated non-animal tests exist

I cut class rather than dissecting frogs in high school.
So if parents want their children in school -- don't require dissection -- don't even make it part of the curriculum. It's an expensive, ugly, revolting waste of time.
